  • The applicant Should Be a citizen of an eligible country. Also can be granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country. As well as he/she can be a British Protected Person.
  • Should be permanently resident in a Commonwealth developing country.
  • Must have a first degree of at least (2:1) standard. 
  • In certain cases, a lower qualification and adequate relevant experience may be considered also.
  • Besides He/she Should be genuinely unable to afford to study without a commonwealth scholarships.
